Hotel Kuber

Rooms were not clean. You have to call 100 times to staff then they will respond you. Service need to be updates and fast. It's not value for money.

I liked nothing over there. No facilities, not even the staffs were so unprofessional. Cocroaches were everywhere. Phone was not working.

I didn't like the hotel. And it is all because of booking.com. I don't know why you keep such hotels in your recommendations that cannot fulfill the requirements. Other hotels of good conditions, I have visited few, when I reached there were very good and were fulfilling my needs. But as I have submitted the advance I was stuck with filthy hotel kuber. I would rather request you to disown this hotel from your recommendations.

There were cockroaches in bed and everywhere in room. Attention is required to take remedial steps. Rest, it was good stay.

No food facility available at the hotel except hot milk and tea. There was a eatery number available but that was not helpful.

Didn't like anything for the hotel. There is nothing to be liked. My 1st booking with booking.com was of a bad experience.

Pathetic hygienic condition. AC & Fan not in proper condition. Hot water not available 24 hours. TV is there just as a showpiece without any cable connection.
