Hotel Kuber

Had a good location and helpful staff. The WiFi had good connection in all the rooms and they had parking available.

The room was damp and was not very comfortable or clean. They did not have additional pillows so it was not the most comfortable sleep.

since cleanliness was an issue, bathroom roof fell in our absence otherwise would have been very dangerous, no proper maintenance of the property, you can find dirt here and there, curtains were dirty and bedsheets etc wee not so clean, somehow managed to stay one night

the hotel did not meet my expectations - cleanliness, ambience, completely different from the website pics in booking.com The hotel staff did try to help us with trying to change the rooms, that way their willingness to help is appreciated

Location, ambience of the room, cleanliness of the room, hot water did not come in the washroom , we had to adjust in one of the two rooms that we booked to use hot water. The hotel corporate office were following up for paying advance. We realized this is only to lock the booking , if we had not paid the advance, we would have called booking.com to get alternate accomodation.

They charged more than the booking amount Did not give the bill.

Hotel staff were cooperative and tried to fulfill the commitment hotel mgmt has provided on booking.com.

The room where we were providing accommodation had a broken exhaust window covered by newspapers. The location is a bit far( approx 1.5km) from Dwarkadhish temple ( a bit problematic for aged people to walk to and fro.
