"Mouldy bathroom, leaking kitchen, no response from owner."

Location was useful

Filthy. Bathroom mould. Full washing machine had leaked all over kitchen floor. Absolutely no response from the owner. So bad we didn’t stay and obviously no refund from the owner.

The location was perfect 1 min. Walk to center and all the shopping places and restaurants The apartment was clean and tidy , the host was fabulous thank you will be back again

"Great flat with a couple of easily-fixed problems."

Very convenient for the Guildhall entertainment venue and the railway station. We'll equipped - we had everything we needed. Spacious and quiet for the area. Excellent value.

The entrance door mechanism had buttons without labels. Only the 9 and 4 could be identified. The instructions wrongly described the location of the [Enter] button, and we only managed to get in when someone came out. The bed linen let the flat down.
