I was taken in to the Crown Hotel Port Moresby, on Monday night (8/6/26) as a disrupted passenger after our Air Niugini plane was cancelled mid afternoon. The Crown Hotel Representative, Ms Cassey Gait provided valuable information and guidance in co-ordinating our collection by Hotel Shuttle bus and assisting with accommodation vouchers and general assurances. Staff such as Cassey are very valuable "front of house" Hotel Reps and her help and all other Hotel staff was much appreciated, while under highly uncertain circumstances. Thank you... Roger

Beautiful place with excellent service. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks to Sebastian for his outstanding hospitality, and to Freda, Lulu, Peter, and the reception team for always being approachable and welcoming. The housekeeping staff also did a fantastic job. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place.

Love this place. Ismael or driver was so friendly and a great driver. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. All wonderful. It’s a bit older of a venue but clean and kind people.

We stayed at Crown Hotel for two weeks and had an excellent experience. The food was consistently delicious, and we especially enjoyed the Indian menu options, which were always prepared to perfection. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. They truly made us feel at home throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ambros, Samson, Sebastian, Lulu, and Boisen for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. Their warmth and dedication made our stay even more memorable. We would also like to thank the rest of the team for their excellent service and kindness. We highly recommend Crown Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great food and exceptional customer service.
