I like the location, restaurants, and nearby all the night clubs.

Actually nothing.. It was perfect..

This beautiful, design-forward 1920s house in the heart of Reforma is situated near dozens of cafes, bakeries and shops. The 10+ foot ceilings, excellent overhead lighting and marble-esque white counters/tiles give the rooms a very open, fresh feel. The water pressure and showers are wonderful. The kitchenette has been equipt with everything one needs to do simple fresh cooking or enjoy take-away at "home". I found the internet to work well & many charming cafes offer wifi within a few blocks. Gate and room security is very solid. The cleaning staff is truly exceptional and keeps the boutique hotel sparkling (Thank you)! They even wash and squeegee the outside drive and entrance every day. The front garden feels lush and there are wonderful hummingbirds and bees that come for the flower pollen each day. It is on a busy road but the perfect location: a 3-minute walk to Paseo de la Reforma, 10-minute walk to Chapultepec park, a 15-minute walk to Parc Espana, Avenida Amsterdam/ Roma, and a 35-minute walk to Torre Mayor and the National Palace. The high wall, gate and double paned glass windows (that open for fresh morning and evening air;-) keep the rooms as quiet as possible in such a bustling city. The AC was wonderful in the heat at night!

I found the beds to be very comfortable but note that they are DOUBLE beds so it could be a bit cozy for two tall people. I do wish there was some type of gym access for rainy/extremely hot days but CDMX is a wonderful place for a run or long walk so this was not a problem for me.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa los Arcos, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect, situated adjacent to several fantastic coffee shops and delightful restaurants. Each morning, I enjoyed leisurely strolls to nearby cafes for my coffee fix, followed by delicious meals at a variety of dining spots, all within easy walking distance. Casa los Arcos itself is a charming and beautifully maintained property. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail in every aspect of the accommodation is evident, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that every guest feels right at home. The serene ambiance, combined with the unbeatable location, made my stay truly memorable. Whether you're looking to explore the local culinary scene or simply relax in a cozy and inviting environment, Casa los Arcos is the perfect choice. I can't wait to return for another visit!

It's in a central location and the apartment is very clean and new. The price offers great value for what you get and where it's located. Although it's on an extremely busy street, it's very quiet once you're inside.

The host is not the most responsive. We had to message the host to get our check in details and several other inquiries were either ignored or only responded to after we checked out. For example, we asked if there was a hair dryer available and the message was read but ignored. We also had a late afternoon flight and asked about the possibility of stowing our luggage after check out and they only responded that we could not after someone saw us leave.

Casa Las Arcos is a beautiful well designed property in a marvelous location! The suites are immaculately clean, the garden landscaping is beautiful and the cleaning staff is very helpful and kind. The location is wonderful and near all to many cafes and parks. The rooms look just like the photos! Thank you so very much for a fabulous stay! I will suggest it to others!

The road noise did not disturb me in my ground floor, street side room however, one does hear everyone entering the building and those in the apartment above. I used ear buds and listened to music while working and it solved the problem for me. This is not a complaint but a reality of a smaller house. Just to be aware. Loved my stay!

Great location, beautiful patio, hot water, comfortable bed!

Some of the finishes falling of such as towel rack just came off of I tried to use it. Same with the surround on the shower dial.

Amazing place. Everything was perfect, location close to different great neighborhoods, large and clean one bedroom, owner very responsive and we really appreciated the late check in and possibility to leave our bags for the day.

The building and courtyard were all perfectly clean and safe. The room was comfortable and well equipped with small appliances. Great value and location within the city. Transit, restaurants, and shops nearby.

Traffic was very loud in the room at times. Wifi isn't great, but works well enough for tourists.

Large, modern, clean suite. Great location, easy access to transportation, except Linea 1 subway closed due to repair. Lots of restaurants, great bakery nearby.

Didn’t get a response when asking about change of linen and towels while we were staying at the property. No dustpan or broom, or extra garbage bags. Would have been useful for a longer stay.
