Good location and very clean

Terrible WiFi service- did not reach our suite. Also not enough towels and no information on how to get more

Lovely and clean. Good location. Only slight gripe was that the host was out of contact when I was unable to access the property and when there was a noise issue with another guest. However these issues were resolved quickly without the host.

I would have liked it if there had been an offer of clean towels or for the coffee to be replaced during my stay but I didn’t request either.

Lovely space in a busy area. It was very quiet inside the room though.

The cleaning situation was a little confusing and we didn’t get an additional cleaning in the week we were there.

Absolutely love this place is the third time that I stay there and I will continue to use it every time I am in the city of Mexico

i stayed in Room #5, which is on the top floor and which has a beautiful private patio surrounded by plants. The apartment is on one of the busiest streets in the city, yet it's very quiet inside the apartment - great soundproof windows and doors. The apartment is very nicely furnished and pristinely clean, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and high-quality bath towels that'll make you wonder where they were purchased. I appreciated the elevator.

It is an amazing Property very lovely very comfortable and the location is ideal

I only wish they offered some sort of cleaning service once or twice a week
