Casa Arcos Chapultepec

The place is well located and facilities are top notch.

Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable apartment in a great location. Close to condesa and Roma Norte without being in the center of them. Lots of options for street food, cafes, and restaurants and close to public transport.

I had a room facing the street and it was a busy wide avenue. When a large truck passed it would shake the building a little which alarmed me the first night when I was going to sleep. Also wished the shower had conditioner-it has shampoo and body soap.

The property was nice however the customer service from the property manager was terrible. They gave us the wrong door code and we couldnt check in. We contacted the property several times and booking.com but no one responded to us until the next day (around 11:30am). Mind you we had to figure out a place to stay for the night. I've never in my life experienced this where we were locked out for the night..it was truly the worse. We will not be staying here again.

Great location, windows blocked out street sound well, very clean, room service (Lulu) was super nice. Laundry/dryer was also nice to have and in an easy to access spot.

Internet was only good in the main room, and no the bedroom. The A/C unit was located right above the bed which isn't ideal , and it worked okay, not great. Also, would have been good to have more space to put down our luggage - there weren't any luggage stands provided. And lastly, it would have been nice to have a larger garbage bin, the one we had was very tiny.

Great location, private, quiet enough for us even though it's on a major road. Close to many restaurants, cafes, and feels safe to walk around during most times of the day/night. Most importantly clean and a comfy bed.

The air conditioning makes clicking noises at times, but I imagine this could be fixed. It works fine and the temp was always comfortable.
