Casa Arcos Chapultepec

Great location and a beautiful property. One of my best stays in CDMX and I travel there once a month. The on site staff are great as well.

Location is the best, the place was under a huge remodelation, I really liked it. Really clean.

Bed is small, Chapultepec avenue is really loud during the day and night, I checked the list of kitchen hardware and found there were a lot of stuff missing, I had to text the staff to avoid any extra charge. The building shakes a little bit every time a big bus packed pass infront, If you don't mind you can ignore that and rest really good. There is no way to open the beautiful balcony windows with the traffic jam and smog smell.

Check-in was unclear. Bed a bid firm. Detail: there's decorative lighting outside at night. It's so bright, that even with the blinds closed, it's bright inside!

The windows blocked out all the noise from being on a busy street. Host was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating.

Accommodations were above expectations. Clean. Comfortable. Great location. We would highly recommend.

Good value, good location, new/clean/well mantained property.

Door lock was confusing--needed additional directions on use. With the exception of one incident (to which they responded quickly), it was often difficult to reach management. Lack of and/or timing of response was frustrating. Don't leave anything behind--almost impossible to get a response.
