Casa Arcos Chapultepec

I can't say enough good things about Casa Arcos.Location, cleanliness, staff, safety - it checked out all the boxes. Located half way between two subway stations, not more than 5 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, street food stores around. Very clean and cozy apartments. A bit noisy with the windows open ( located on a majos avenue), amazingly quiet if you keep it closed.Dont worry, there is AC and the temperature inside is just perfect. Lulu, the caretaker, is just amazing, she helps you with everything you need in terms of cleaning and supplies. The communication with the owner was quick and easy, we got the entry code before we landed in CDMX. Keep in mind that this city is built on a drained lake and it's sinking about 50 cm/ year. and because of this unique feature the building can be a bit shaky but just if a heavy truck passes the street. Nothing to be worried about. Overall, we liked it very much and are looking to return to fabulous Mexico city asap.

L’emplacement, la sécurité, son confort

Clean. Comfortable. Spacious terrace. Lovely building. Good location. We stayed an extra two nights. Had to change rooms. Suite 5 is bigger. But both rooms were fine

Had no idea how to get in when we arrived at 22.00. Not familiar with hidden key pads on door handles. It should be explained in the instructions. It’s a bit corporate. I think maybe aimed more at business users. There are no visible staff unless you bump into the cleaner. The entire building shakes when a certain kind of truck passes. Which was interesting. Unfortunately my booking.com account was hacked whilst we were there so I lost all my correspondence with the hotel. We left a pair of headphones in the safe. They said they would look and respond but we heard nothing back either via booking.com or their external website. Not entirely their fault but communication/customer service is lacking when something goes wrong.

I liked that the unit I stayed in was on the ground floor and it was separate from the remaining units in the building. It was clean and comfortable. Lulu the housekeeper was great and provided us the gate and room codes. The unit had a Roku TV. Huge rain shower and comfortable bed. Microwave, mini refrigerator and dishes. Great location and clean.

The only negative is it rained our last night in Mexico and water did get in through the bathroom window and was all over the floor including getting the bath matt wet. We cleaned it up with some towels and problem was solved.

Perfecte ruimte om te verblijven in Mexico-stad. Mooie, schone en ruime kamer op een ideale locatie.

The communication stopped as soon as I had checked in. I had some questions but they didn’t get back to me. Very disappointing

Le palais est magnifique. L’appartement est très charmant, doté de tout le confort nécessaire, et idéalement situé.

Le palais est situé près d’une rue très bruyante et, à chaque passage d’un véhicule lourd ou d’un camion, l’appartement vibre énormément, c’est vraiment insupportable. De plus, le code d’entrée de mon appartement a été communiqué par erreur à d’autres personnes, et je me suis retrouvé avec des inconnus à l’intérieur.
