Casa Arcos Chapultepec

Casa Arcos Chapultepec is a wonderful find. It feels very boutique in a great little building tucked between nondescript buildings on a busy avenue. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, including coffee for the coffee machine! The best part is that all the windows and doors are soundproof. When closed, we never heard a thing from the street below. I can't believe we never noticed this property before. It's close to everything and offers great value for the money.

There's really very little not to like. The kitchen could have used a larger trash can with a dedicated kitchen towel. We had to ask for additional hand towels, but they were delivered quite promptly.

Nous avions la chambre numéro 6, la porte et les fenêtres sont très mal isolés et la chambre est très proche de la route. C'était comme dormir dehors à côté de la route, il y avait donc énormément de bruits, ce n'était pas du tout agréable :( À part ça l'appartement était propre, bien équipé et bien aménagé

The location was very convenient as it was close to two of the metro stations on Line 1. Great walking area. On a busy street but well insulated from any noise. We were on the ground floor facing the street. Super clean and comfortable! Lulu, our property caretaker was lovely and so helpful! The grounds were lovely and very well kept. The AC and Wifi were great. Nice bathroom and shower. High quality linens. Once we got the door codes straightened out, very easy to come and go. A terrific cafe was practically next door on the corner....YUM!

When we arrived we found we were given the incorrect door code for our flat. It took awhile to contact the host but finally we received the correct code. A little unsettling. Proper cookware for an induction stove should be provided. There was a steel plate to adapt the unit for an aluminum pot, but it did not heat well. For us, a minor problem, but others may think differently. Also, we needed to provide our own drinking water which usually is provided in other places we have stayed.

I felt very secure and comfortable in the apartment.

I wish it had more furniture and countertops. Nowhere to put luggage and belongings, and no countertop in the bathroom for toiletries.

Everything. Caretaker staff were great.

Note que la casa se movía mucho, tal vez este construida sobre amortiguadores que la protejan en caso de temblores; Lo único que tal vez podría mejorar es el elevador que en ocasiones tarde en llegar al punto en el que abre la puerta.
