The friendliness and the private barh was a amazing and very relaxing! We had food served in our room and it was a fantastic experience made with perfection !

It was a bit worn down and a bit off location wise

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to my friend who messed up booking his room. They had english speakers which is always appreciated and the food was excellent, service was great, the room was magical and romantic.

おもてなしが素晴らしく、料理も美味しかったです。部屋はとても広くお庭もあり、見える景色がとても綺麗でした。 天空露天風呂も経験できました。😅 老舗旅館を堪能できました。😊

從一開始到達旅館門口，就有親切友善的服務人員幫忙拿行李，有一種被好好接待的感覺。 雖然旅館很有年代感，但對於想體驗日式文化的我們來說，非常有趣，家人們也很喜歡！！！ 一泊二食的餐點真的很有水準，好吃到不行！女將也非~~~常親切溫柔典雅。 房間內就可以泡露天溫泉，超級享受！！ 日式床舖也很好睡又乾淨 很感謝旅館的每一位服務人員，帶給了我和家人們非常美好的回憶。

The food was fantastic, the bath was extremely relaxing and the futons were very soft and comfortable. The staff were all very polite and helpful. This is the best place i have ever stayed in my travels.

The staff are very enthusiastically serving customers. They assign staff capable of my language to serve in my room for meals. All staff warmly welcome every guest. The set dinner is delicate and carefully prepared. It could be one of the reasons you may come again.
