Bells Hotel

Bar stuff and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful, big golf course area is green and quiet but no regular bus or taxi service.

Breakfast is ok but little choice , no fruits and coffees (capuccino) very weak, pastry choice croissant only ( from supermarkets?) receptionists not very helpful- probably not expected to. Everything in this hotel needs updating, other than the golf course which seems to be very busy and well used

Lovely place , nice atmosphere the food for dinner was excellent as was the breakfast - good night sleep as it was so quiet - would recommend

The receptionist was lovely along with the lady who was hard at hearing but very pleasant 😊 to me and my wife,the club house was nice and clean food was amazing.

The room smelt abit damp when we arrived but was ok after we left the windows open,the bath panel was cracked.hearing other doors slamming wasn't ideal.some of the staff in the clubhouse didn't seem friendly to the lady who was hard at hearing rolling their eyes and making snide comments.not alot to do around the area.

Lovely family room with plenty of space. In spite of the hotel and restaurant being full with golfers the restaurant responsible made it possible for us to actually have a meal ! She couldn’t have been more pleasant and efficient, thank you!

Absolutely nothing!

Location was perfect Car charging worked well for us but bloody slow for the cost. This is however third party so not the hotels responsibility.

Cleanliness. Disruption confusion over the early morning Fire Alarm, especially as the whole process was badly managed will little to no updates for some of us. It was also cold & wet so not ideal. A complaint was raised and compensation agreed however nothing has been forwarded to us so far and its been 5 days since. Was holding this review back for this, but the lack of correspondence has forced my hand. Noise from pipework. @ 05:15 I was wakened by a very regular banging, every couple of seconds. This became less frequent after about 30mins but continued to knock for an hour or more. We left in the end so unsure of its actual length of annoyance. That and the 30mins we were out due the Fire Alarm going off.

Location was perfect for what we had travelled for. Clean rooms and nice atmosphere. Buffet breakfast was good.

Evening meal plenty of choice cooked to perfection and ample portions . Breakfast a wide range of items to choose from including a hot breakfast . Staff very helpful and attentive
