Bells Hotel

Room was lovely well furnished very comfortable & presented

Nothing to complain about Maybe look at having fans available when experiencing hot weather

All staff were really helpful Location was primary reason for booking this hotel

Photos do not represent the room condition Hotel is tired and needs a good paint Room had four moths inside when we arrived and a really musty smell Extra charge for using gym which wasn't mentioned in the booking

Excellent location, spotlessly clean room, helpful and friendly staff

Location for our visit to puzzlewwood..less than a mile away..staff were nice and friendly. Large room,great shower with ample hot water

Furniture in room was old and tired looking,the dining chair my daughter sat on had 2 big rips on the seat..noise from other guests outside the room after midnight was annoying and despite requesting the room he made up as a twin room both via booking.com and on the phone it hadn't.it was changed fast enough without any issues but I shouldn't have had to ask..no biscuits with the tea and coffee facilities! 😉

Lovely bar area and food was really nice

the soundproofing between the rooms is awful

A comfortable room and a restaurant with good lighting for reading
