Cama cómoda. Cada lirera tiene una luz, estantería pequeña y enchufe. La ducha y el baño están separados

Los baños no están muy limpios y en algunos de ellos faltan accesorios. En alguna ducha falta la puerta, en otra falta la alcachofa por donde sale el agua para ducharte. Les escribí días antes de mi llegada para pedirles que me reservaran un tiquet de bus para el día siguiente de mi llegada y a primera hora de la mañana (ellos me habían enviado los horarios y los precios de cada bus para el destino que yo necesitaba). Me contestaron diciendo que hiciera la reserva cuando llegara al alojamiento. Les informé que mi llegada sería a partir de las 21:00 h y les pregunté si igualmente estaría a tiempo de reservar el bus del día siguiente a primera hora de la mañana y me dijeron que sí. Cuando llegué al hostel para hacer el check in, no habían reservado mi tiquet de bus y tampoco pude reservarlo pq me dijeron que a esa hora la oficina donde venden los tiquets ya estaba cerrada, así que me quedé sin poder coger el bus que me iba bien por horario. Tuve que coger el siguiente bus, 4 horas más tarde y el precio tampoco era el que me habían informado cuando me lo enviaron por mensaje, resultó ser más caro. Si quereis dar un buen servicio al cliente, debéis informar correctamente de todo para que después los viajeros no poerdan los enlaces con otros transportes o puedan seguir su camino tal como necesitan.

Internet can be intermittant. 7am breakfast is normally 8am.

Tuvaletler çok acayip ve pis. Sabun dahi yoktu. Soğuk su yoktu. Kahvaltı soğumuş yumurta ve incecik kesilmiş domates ve salatalık dilimiydi. Bahçede evsiz gibi yaşayan onca insan. Çevrede yemek yiyebileceğim pek bir yer yok. Sadece gece geldim yattım ve sabah oradan çıktım. Şehirde kendime yeni bir hostel buldum. Puanı bu kadar yüksek olmasa burayı seçmezdim. Çalışanlarda ingilizce bilmiyordu. Bazı hosteller vardır ya ucuz olduğu için bir şey diyemezsin katlanırsın burası ancak öyle bir hostel.

Staff's service is great. They can book train ticket and taxi for you.

Bed mattress is thin and flat, not comfortable. Bathroom need repairing of their shower heads and water flow.

Meeting multiple people with weird personalities but that's 👍🏼 okay

the main staff member had an attitude. i get it she's sick of tourists...but get another job. most hosts are incredible in asia. she was my least favorite .i was going to stay for 5 days but the bad energy made me move.
