Venn Hostel

Beds are large and comfortable for a hostel, price is really good, aircon was always on which is really appreciated.

Maybe cleanliness of toilets could be a bit better.

The rooms are dark, cool (a/c) and quiet throughout night and day. The common place is making it easy to socialize if you want, it is well shaded and there are some ventilators. Breakfast was very good! The bathroom was clean.

I understand that there are carpets in the bathroom to not have water everywhere, but I don't find it very hygienic.

it’s very good

The atmosphere was great, all the staff were friendly, and the food was excellent value for money – truly delicious. I also met people from many different countries, and everyone was incredibly friendly. I loved it here and highly recommend it. I will definitely be back.

Population actuelle trop porté sur leur smartphone leur tablette et leur casque je suis d'une génération qui parlait avec les autres et qui disait bonjour aux nouveaux arrivants mais c'est un peu partout j'ai trouvé ici plus qu'ailleurs

Price was very cheap, location was very close to the river.

It wasn't clean, beds were not comfortable, the room absolutely stank as people had been eating food, including durian, and drinking beers in there. The guests were nearly all men, which is a bit unsettling, my friend and I would not have stayed here ourselves without our partners. There are signs everywhere saying to keep the hostel "clean" that you need to be barefoot in the (carpeted!?) bathroom, which was absolutely manky. Stank of pee, half of the sinks were clogged, and there was no soap.
