Julia is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. I had a lovely clean, spacious, tastefully furnished room and large bathroom. The property is a lovely, homely well-maintained house with pretty gardens. My room was very comfortable and well equipped and I especially appreciated the provision of a fridge and fresh milk! There was a generous spread available for the continental breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit. The property is in a lovely position close to the sea front in a quiet and peaceful part of Gorleston. As a solo traveller I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Julia was the most amazing host, and there is a lot of choice for breakfast. Our room had the balcony and it was so lovely and relaxing to sit there at night. It is a very quiet area with lovely views. Lovely fresh bedding and towels, a nice shower and very comfy bed. We were very kindly allowed to leave a little later than checkout, but appreciate this is dependent on whether the room is booked again for the same day. Yarmouth is not far and there are eating places nearby as well as a lovely promenade to walk along. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay.

The accommodation was lovey & the hostess Julia is very welcoming & friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the balcony view over the sea was amazing, Julia, our host, made sure that we had everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. Easy parking outside, and a very short walk to the beach and local bars & restaurants.

I was expecting a cooked breakfast which is not available, but Julia went out of her way to get me porridge and blueberries, very satisfied.

Julia was an amazing hostess! She was present to meet us on arrival and was very helpful in getting us settled in. She had great recommendations for nearby dining. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. The home is located across the street from the promenade, with beautiful sea views. It is a great location for a stroll down the seafront before work and within walking distance to local shops and my work place. Julia accommodated an early check out, which was very helpful for me. Overall, absolutely loved our stay.

I enjoyed staying at ocean waves and couldn’t fault it. Very clean and comfortable. And the owner was a lovely lady. Will definitely stay there again
