Beautiful location! Aware from everything, so very relaxing and enjoyable! The rooms are great!! Beds were great!! Staff was just amazing and friendly!

We've been complaining since the first day we've never been able to meet the general manager to address our concerns. Listing is false and does not talk about the 200 steps to reach one room, we had a senior citizen and they couldn't climb that everyday. Furthermore, tours with the resort are a lot more expensive, they also charge you if you want to go to El Nido. Everything is overpriced here and other resorts will be better.

Good amount of food served at breakfast.

Very expensive prices for simple food that was not that good. You have to buy alcohol in advance which they tell you. There were only a handful of very good staff, the rest especially the general manager did not help us or care for us despite our complaints. The flight up is 200 steps, which they did not specify in the booking, for senior citizens it just cannot be the case and let us pay for a brand new room. So many complaints, I would avoid this hotel only perk is location. Was charged for every little thing it was a money making scheme.

Perfect location with great staff and beautiful villas&rooms.

Gym was a bit disappointing.

We (family of 4 inc 2 boys aged 10 and 8) loved the location and its exclusive beach. The monkeys and the birds added to its beautiful location. The room that we chose (partial sea view) was ideal for us despite the amount of steps. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly.

Overpriced food. The additional costs not advertised pre-booking such as the cost to take a boat to the main island and the extremely overpriced day tours.

Lovely staff, location and grounds. Truly spectacular views from the mountain villas.

Monkeys were pretty aggressive at times, more so than when I’ve encountered in other locations. But that wouldn’t dissuade me from going ahead.

Definitely worth a look. Excellent everything from the location, beautiful beaches nearby, friendly staff, delicious food. I had a pleasant surprise as I celebrated my birthday during the holidays and the staff sang me happy birthday and gave me a cake with a candle.

Beautiful location We could swim with sea turtles in the front sea of the hotel.

Whenever the glass door closed in the bathroom, it made a very big sound from the door. They should check carefully.
