Riad Kitula

Une décoration locale sans l'être trop. De beaux meubles, vraiment un bel endroit. Le bord de la piscine est très agréable pour se poser en fin de journée avec une boisson fraiche. Toutes les chambres sont différentes et chacune a son charme. Petit déjeuner copieux et excellent, des fruits frais, des pains marocains différents tous les matins, du cake, du yaourt, un jus d'orange frais pressé et un excellent café. Le personnel est adorable. L'emplacement est parfait: juste à l'entrée de la médina ce qui est pratique pour attraper un taxi, à 3 minutes de la place Jemaa el Fna et du souk pour ceux qui veulent.

The riad is absolutely beautiful and very pleasant. The pool is large, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is incredibly generous, delicious, and authentic. However, what I will remember most and what truly made my stay exceptional is the staff: Ayoub, Oussama, Mustafa, and Samir. They were extraordinarily kind, caring, welcoming, friendly, and genuinely wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our entire stay and paid attention to every detail. As a Moroccan myself, I can confidently say that they perfectly embody the warmth, generosity, and hospitality that Moroccans are known for. I have never had such a perfect hotel experience anywhere else, and it is entirely thanks to them. I will definitely return to this riad on my next visit, not only because of the beautiful property, but also because I would love to see them again. Thank you for making this stay so memorable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only minor point I would mention is that the bathroom in our room felt a little small. As a suggestion rather than a criticism, I think a few additional touches could make the experience even more special: liquid soap in the bathroom, more Moroccan-inspired amenities such as orange blossom-scented products or diffusers, and slippers in the room. These are simply small extras that could further enhance an already wonderful stay. Overall, our experience was absolutely perfect, and this did not affect our enjoyment in any way.

Vi havde nogle dejlige dage her i Riad Kitula. Placering var perfekt, nemt at komme til og fra. Stedet og personalet var helt fantastiske, meget hjælpsomme og venlige. Det kan varmt anbefales, vi kommer med glæde igen!

Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangen, staan altijd klaar om je te helpen. Gastvrijheid zelfs tot na ons vertek. Ontbijt is een waar festijn! Overheerlijk en zeer royaal. De kamer was een fijne ontdekking. Het zwembad een heerlijke afkoeling. Locatie is perfect gelegen om de medina te ontdekken. Van het begin tot het einde een topverblijf. We voelden ons heel erg welkom!

The staff were nice. Ayoub was very efficient and accommodating. The location was central. It was near the markets/establishments. You just need to figure out maze-like streets.

A nossa estadia no Riad Kitula correspondeu e excedeu às expectativas. O ponto que mais ressalvo foi o atendimento do staff, sempre impecável e disponível para ajudar ou resolver qualquer problema. O pequeno-almoço também era ótimo e a localização do Riad muito boa para quem quer ficar perto da Medina. O Riad muito giro e um autêntico refúgio da confusão. Ainda nos marcaram uma excursão e não tivemos de nos preocupar com nada. Se voltar a Marraquexe certamente voltarei a ficar aqui.

No quarto Liana, as cortinas não são blackouts, pelo que entra muita luz (para quem é sensível). No entanto, falámos com o staff que imediatamente nos deu uma solução.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als wir am ersten Tag ein kleines Problem mit dem Wasser hatten, kümmerte sich das Team sofort darum und löste es schnell. Man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohlbefinden der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt.

Super accoglienza, personale super disponibile e gentilissimo. Mustafa e Ayoub sono stati estremamente gentili e accoglienti. Buona colazione, su richiesta mi hanno servito anche alimenti senza glutine. La location è meravigliosa, un’oasi verde all’interno della medina
