The girl at the reception is helpful , but I didn’t like that the first thing she said to me was that I have to check out before 11 . No welcome drink no coffee not even a glass of water . ( I arrived late in the evening for only one night stay) The location is good but that’s not enough

The property is in a bad condition. Rooms are super small and expensive for what they are offering. Towels not white anymore ….. , bathroom is dated , no Kettle in the room , No Drinking water in the room ,no shower gel or shampoo . Swimming pool is a joke . In the morning at 8 they was hammering on the roof!! Sorry but for this price I was expecting more

The location was good.

There was no refrigerator, kettle and wifi was bad, they cut it off for half of the holidays. The pool was pretty average.way too much chlorine .

The pool looked good. The staff was friendly. The kitchen area in the family room was nice.

SO MANY ANTS! The first thing I saw when I walked in the room was a line of ants feasting on a dead fly on the table. One day I went out to buy breakfast, because the breakfast offered was quite bad. After laying the banana bread down for a few minutes (still wrapped in its paper bag) I came back to a swarm of ants crawling over it and into the bag. As I lay in the bed during my stay, I would often find ants crawling over my body. The WiFi was non-functional for half my duration. The room was so small I could barely fit my 2 suitcases inside the room while still being able to open the door. On the day of check-out, I got a message through the booking.com app to remind me of the checkout time, even though I had specified the day before that we were planning to check out at 11 (the check-out time). After the message, staff came twice knocking at the door to remind us again. Seemingly they were pushing us to leave as soon as possible, which was quite uncomfortable.

The only thing that is good about this property is the location. Really close to everything

It was really dirty. We wanted to leave because it was dirty, especially in the bathroom buy when I talked to the receptionist she told me that they have a no-refund policy and that it is an island and what do I expect. They offered to clean the bathroom again but they didn’t do a good job so I ended cleaning it myself in order to be used.

Location and accommodating staffs.

There's unpleasant smell in the room and toilet. No hot shower. Bidet has very little water. We stayed when there was power issues in Siargao so we had two nights without aircon and we couldn't sleep. Our rooms were near the swimming pool so we could hear noisy guests at midnight.

Although the location is good, and the staff are mostly friendly.

This was the worst stay we ever had in a hotel in Asia. During our stay, the hotel had no electricity, no generator, and no functioning shower as advertised in Booking. However, there was a small trickle of water from a faucet and a pail provided. The toilett wouldn't flush (due to no electricity as water pump won't work), and the sink faucet wasn't working either. This resort is completely unprepared for power interruptions on the island, as they have no back up generators for their guests. It's better to confirm these details before considering booking here. We stayed for two days in a room at 30 degrees and were bitten by many mosquitoes. Then we decided to leave because of this unacceptable situation. There was no help initiated from the reception, not even a free coffee! We endured two days without electricity as reception told us it would be restored on the third day of our stay. However, we later found out there was no definite timeline for when the electricity would be restored. We decided to move to another hotel, but reception refused to issue a refund, stating that we should have informed them a night in advance. This was not a good experience. They charged the full amount for advertised services that were not provided. Very disappointing.
