No alternative electricity generator when there's electric black out.

Lovely staff always willing to help, can easily organise tours and transport to airport from the hotel direct. On the main strip with all the shops, but far enough away you don’t hear the party goers. Would happily go back!

Internet was a bit choppy at times and cut out for about 12hrs, but when it worked was the best internet I had in the Philippines (can access it in your room!!). Only other small gripe was the water was turned off on my final night, but came back on after about an hour. Room could have done with a slightly thicker blanket but would happily go back overall!

Nice pool, kind housekeeping. Very good location and clean good smelling sheets.

So many hunts every where. Stinky and gross un bareable smell of water

The staff were very polite and attentive. The rooms were clean and toilet, there was hot showers which was a plus. We enjoyed swimming in pool. I also liked that they have in-house laundry service and a little store to buy snacks and drinks.
