I landed and went to the hostel and they asked me to come later as the room was not available. The check in was available until 20 as per the website, I messaged them at 19 to inform I was coming and no response was received. I went at 20 as asked and I was made wait for more that one hour, the staff pretended not to find the keys and they had to wait the owner who was at dinner. Even after waiting all day until 21 passed no service was accomodated. After 21 the staff quietly address us to another room even without informing was not the room we booked, and when we questioned they informed us our room was given to some other guests. It never happens to have this experience. How can a person had to wait over 20 to have a room ready and not even have the room booked? They tried to offer me another room with no windows which for a person with asthma is not doable, but is not what I paid for and no help was given to us. No information and no apology was given. At 22 in a foreign country two women were forced to find another hotel. Absolutely a nightmare!!! Will not advice anyone to stay there

Nice stay, we took room for two not the shared rooms. We had nice view. They provided for us boat tour and also motorbike to rent. It was really nice

the location was really good and in the center of coron. everything was clean and comfortable, enough for the price, nothing amazing but good.

The staff is great but they can't do much because they have always to confirm everything with the owner

The description on Booking.com is a far cry for what the place actually is.

Such a lovely place with super nice staff!! I only wanted to stay a night and ended up staying almost a week here. Super nice rooftop area to drink some rum and meet some people Big recommendations to stay here!!!
