Gower Bungalow Mumbles

Location was fantastic!

Fantastic location, and bungalow had everything we needed. Lovely to have been left the chocolates, Pringles and wine. We brought our bicycles, but also easy to get around by bus via Swansea.

The property would be perfect for a couple, or a family with young children, but the second bedroom is perhaps a bit cramped for adults. No matter though - I was expecting that & had said I'd take the small room. We had a wonderful time.

It was awful outside like building site no code for box so couldn't get in so had to book travellodge wat a shame could be nice .

Location was good

Accommodation was dated and tired looking. Rather have had a dishwasher than a washing machine. On stripping the bed we found big YELLOW stain on duvet and mattress disgusting. Had we seen this first day we would have left. Definitely won't be returning or recommending

Clean and pleasant - ideally close to coast

Realised that the electricity was controlled by an online pay meter - there was already an amount credited for our arrival, so only had to top it up a little bit, wasn’t a problem

Location ideal for our needs, but inaccessible for anyone with mobility problems.Parking was difficult in a very small space.

The heating was terrible, inadequate plug in heaters that gave out no heat at all, being asked to feed the meter if things ran out. One photograph on the bungalow site was not of the bungalow, it was of somewhere else with a view and this influenced our decision to book. Our daughter lives nearby so we spent our days in her warm home returning at night to a cold bungalow. A welcome pack would have been nice but all we got was four chocolates.
