荷物を階段で上階に上げるのに、手伝ってもらえなかった。お風呂の洗面器を置く場所が床で、低すぎて使いづらい。

Had a lovely stay with my family. Staff were kind and the rooms very clean and tidy. Was such a fun experience to be cooked a traditional breakfast and dinner, felt very cosy and intimate. Lovely location with an awesome traditional house across the road that is well worth visiting, the owner of the house gives a personal tour!

Breakfast & Dinner provided is exceptional. You will get to experience original serving of a Japanese style full course meal. Both breakfast and Dinner are served with beef, this part might need to inform the staff there for those who do not take beef. Onsen bath is nice too.

Expected a Gassho Village house stay as seen in pictures, unfortunately is a small hotel by the roadside. I guess we either mistaken the information wrongly ourselves or was given a wrong info. So in short, there's no Gassho-Village style houses for stay.
