Melina Central Apartment Taormina

This apartment is huge, located as central as it gets and the host could not be more helpful. A huge find!

Everything was perfect!

The property was just fantastic. We would have no hesitation in staying again. We were right in the middle of the main walking street, with a huge amount of shops, cafe's, restaurants and bars. We were on the first floor and had a little Juliet balcony, where we could sit and watch the world go by whilst having a relaxing wine & beer. The stairs to the first floor were very wide and not very steep so easy. It was nice & warm while we were there so the air conditioners in all the 3 rooms were fantastic & cool. The big shower worked really well and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were huge, probably bigger than a king and really comfortable. All in all a great place to stay...Cheers Rex & Kerrie

Unfortunately I missed a message from the host prior to arrival and we had to wait 10 minutes for them to Come and hand us the keys (my fault, not the property). Once at the property we loved every aspect of it! Spacious bedrooms, nice bathroom, everything we needed, the property had, including dishwasher and washing machine. The property location is in the Main Street, very busy but we loved it! Also close to transport and a huge selection of cafe and restaurants.

Not that we cared but we have to mention that access to the property is via a flight of stairs (20 steps), no lift. Location is also a little noisy as restaurants in the area close late at night and cleaning trucks and delivery vans arrive early morning. Would recommend the property to have a full body mirror :)

Everything was fantastic. The fact you are so central you must allow for noise, especially early morning with the bins… I wore ear pugs… but as I said, it was a beautiful apartment and the staff were great and the location was the best. I would stay there again ☘️

The apartment was very nice and clean

We were missing paper napkins and dish towels to dry the dishes.

Beautiful interior design finished to a high standard. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Communication was great. You couldn’t get a better location right in the middle of the Main Street

It is a bit noisy due to the location. It was a little cold during our visit due to a storm so would be good if blankets could also be provided. We also couldn’t really get the WiFi to work

Nothing ❤️ except a little noisy at night with the bar outside our room. But windows had a good sound barrier .

The apartment was fabulous, it was clean and modern and in the heart of Taormina.

The apartment is located above a bar and had Karaoke singing until 2.00am, the the rubbish trucks start at 4.00am, the recycling trucks start at 5.00am and then the delivery trucks start at 6.00am. It was a real shame as the apartment itself was fabulous but we just couldn't sleep a wink.

Amazing overall. Located on the main street of Corso umberto, everything was within walking distance including the cable car to get to the beach. The property itself is beautifully decorated and we adored sitting on the balcony in the morning with a coffee people watching. We can't quite get over how beautiful the street location is, it felt like we're on a movie set. Lots of great cafes close by also and all the facilities we needed were provided. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was the best I've experienced. If we return to Taormina, we would without a doubt stay here again.

I really loved this place, it was exactly on the most central street in Taormina! Inside everything was beautiful, a lot of space, and very modern! The balcony was amazing!

The problem was with the noise. Because it was very centrally located, on a street with hundreds of coffees and shops, you could hear everything from outside. Until 2:30 AM there was a lot of noise and also in the morning at 7:30 AM with the garbage people. The second problem was that there was no soap or shower gel. I don't have a lot of expectations but I think at least the soap should be provided so you can wash your hands.
