GBComfy beds, wonderful shower, quiet location
Stained carpets and walls. Bedside table had to be moved near plug socket. Kitchen drawers dirty, all plates etc needed washing before use, musky smell in living room

The place was absolutely filthy, we didn’t want to use the oven even. we took a dozen photos of how filthy the place was. Garden was overgrown too, a complete lack of care.

GBThe property was a really pleasant stay , the host ajay was extremely helpful through out out entire stay as we had one issue and he answered in minutes ready to sort it out . It was it a lovely please and had a beautiful view from both of the bedrooms and the property was stocked with water , milk , coffee and toliet roll aswell as fresh clean towels . It was a great value for money and I will definitely be returning.
The only problem we had with the property is the radiator in the kitchen started profusely leaking but I just stuck a bowl under it and messaged the host and they answered within minutes offering to send someone down to help with the situation but as it was only a one night stay we just dealt with it and thanked the host for their help . They were extremely helpful and I couldn’t have asked more a more helpful host .

I advise a slip mat in bath as very slippy. Need a cork screw too if possible.
GBLocation. Clean. Lovely sleep. Views. Easy access to shops (Asda on a minor site) in car. Close to Beamish Museum. Stanley is known for being a major coal minor site.
Seats for outside would be fab as it was sunny back and front. Patio and Bbq area clean up Garden needs a cut but I liked it.
