A lovely stay, and such friendly staff!

The breakfast was ok.

The building seemed to be undergoing some sort of building/maintenance work and there was materials and scaffolding all over the place. The room itself was located downstairs through a dark space and along a little corridor, which had a damp smell. The room didn’t resemble the photos online. It was very small for three and the door didn’t feel secure at all. Also, there was a window above the door through to the corridor outside, which felt a bit strange and also let the light in.

Staff was very friendly.

Room door lock handle is not fixed properly and also some of the bathroom equipments such as taps and shower are broken. Hot water is not working sometimes. Room and the bathroom are not so clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was clean, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff were attentive and professional, ensuring that all my needs were met. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and a warm, hospitable environment. I will definitely return in the future!

Nice breakfast. The rooms on the top floor were nice.

The rooms on the lower floor were not at all special.

The staff panel was carefully arranged. The palace can be seen well from the balcony. It's good

It makes no sense compared to the amount paid. We cannot control the temperature in a/c, it stays at the same value. There is hot water but it only lasts for a few minutes. Even though there is a restaurant, it does not provide the service. Although you can see the palace from the balcony, the lights on the balcony do not work. There was no electricity in the morning.

We had a cozy one-night stay at this property near Kandy city. The room was spacious enough for the three of us, which made it comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It’s a good option for a trip if you’re looking for convenience and comfort.

The balcony view wasn’t as expected since it faced a building, perhaps other rooms have better views.

The photos were nothing like the real deal. The towels were threadbear and stained, we asked from replacement several times, until they finally replaced them, and they were exactly the same. The bathroom was very old and needed A LOT of maintance. There were no toiletries. The room had a lot of spider webs, you could tell it wasn't cleaned properly. I could keep going...
