Staff was very hospitable. Mr Prabhat was extremely nice and made sure to take care of everything. View of kandy lake from the balcony. Good value for money in this budget hotel

Far from the city and was difficult to find transportation methods.

The staff were excellent they decorated the place well for my wife’s birthday surprise and this place has the best balcony with the kandy lake view

It was not the room that I saw on the picture, so that was a little disappointing. The staff was amazing though, his name is Prabhath, he was friendly arranged a good three wheeler transport to roam around Kandy (Jeevaka). We had a nice time in Kandy.The hot water heater was great as in some hotels they say they have heater but it doesn’t work. The view was also great.

I had lots of expectations with the room colour theme and and interior. It was not like what I saw on pictures.

Great location, nice view on the lake, staff is very kind, good breakfast, clean, comfortable, good wifi. We loved it! And we saw monkeys on the balcony, it was really funny!

It looks a bit old from the outside, but it’s lovely inside!

We are a family of 8 ranging from 4yrs to 82yrs old, 6 of us visiting from the UK, 2 joining from South Africa. We booked 3 rooms (2 triples and a double) and all 3 were good. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with good views of the lake. We stayed 2 nights and Pribad was attentive and friendly, always happy to help. Breakfast in the dining area was fantastic, large portions of tasty food, nothing was too much trouble, and we had great dinners at restaurants nearby (walking distance). We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this property
