We were greeted by a lovely member of staff on arrival, who made us feel very welcome. He explained everything really well, everything was straight forward. Beds comfortable and perfect location for our visit to Alton towers. Would highly recommend ☺️

"Exceptional"

A lovely place very close to Alton towers and a few other locations. The welcome was great, we had to check in late and they accommodated us. The rooms were good especially with the ensuite. Parking was available and plenty of spaces. There is a massive place to eat, a hot water kettle and milk/tea bags. Microwave and Fridge available in the common area, cups available too. All in all excellent for the price

No hob/oven to use (we didn't need one but would have been good if we stayed longer) the sink is too small to wash dishes but was okay and kind of did the job.

"Great stay at the Soli. Prime location if you’re visiting Alton Towers"

Superb location for visiting Alton Towers. Pubs nearby. Friendly staff and very clean

Beds could be a bit more comfy, but overlooked this as it’s a youth hostel
