Location to St Anne’s centre was good

We booked this stay for 4 guests. The property was set up for 2 guests. We had to call the owners and they had to make three trips to bring everything needed. Mould in the bathroom, dishwasher not emptied and unsure whether the things in there were clean, no bin bag for the kitchen bin, no tea towels, no sanitary or any type of bin in the bathroom, 1 toilet roll for 4 people - we had to go and buy our own things that should’ve been provided. The sofa bed was broken leaving a very uncomfortable night for two of us. We couldn’t leave quick enough!

Sofa not comfy. fridge dirty with out of date milk left in . Dishwasher left full. we were cold heating appeared to be on during the day when we were out but not come on at night .only on for short time in morning this was our second time at this apartment but unfortunately our last and that's really due to being cold.

The accommodation was modern with everything we needed and very convenient for the town centre

The noise from the 5 guests upstairs was extremely loud and kept us awake until 2pm in the morning. Some areas need patching up ie loose brickwork behind radiators, peeling wallpaper in hallway and loose fitting hanging from ceiling in the hallway. We couldn't get the radiators to work so was a bit chilly

This apartment is only 5 minutes walk to the centre of St Annes and it is very spacious & comfortable. There are lots of lovely, shell themed, little touches throughout.

The shower needs a mat. It was very slippy.

We booked on the morning of our travels so it was a non refundable price. On the listing it said MAY have to pay for dog, When we had booked and paid £75 for one night, we then got a message to say we had to pay extra £20 for the dog, the place is not worth £95 per night. I have contacted Booking.com as I think prices for everything including dogs, late checkout etc should be clear and transparent when booking and then we customers can make a decision if we stay there or not. I am awaiting a response from Booking.com regarding my complaint

We liked everything about this apartment it was nice and handy for everywhere we wanted to go

Beautifully decorated, a lot of thought has gone into it. Kids are very welcomed, loads of toys for all ages of children available. My 2 year old loved her stay. Location was perfect and it is on the ground floor so perfect for the pram and safe for a walking toddler. I believe the apartment is dog friendly however no evidence of dogs in the apartment, very clean and fresh.

Great size and location. Was very homely. Really cosy would definitely stay again or recommend.

There was no tea or coffee. Whoever was staying upstairs was so so noisy sounded like the family were playing football or judo lol upstairs. Was very noisy.
