Very clean and smart apartment Good location

The location was perfect with free street parking Very large spacious apartment Toys and board games provided for children

Sofa was uncomfortable, could do with replacing. The bed was too soft for me, but I suppose that's just my preference. Place is a little tired could do with freshen up Price is a little high for quality of the accommodation

The apartment was great - it had everything we needed and was cozy. Nice back garden that we could let out dog out into.

Only small thing we didn't like was the distance to the beach. But this is only because we are in out 70's - I'm sure younger people wouldn't have an issue with this.

Great bathroom, although shaving a little off the bottom of the bathroom door would stop it marking the floor. Perfectly located, I couldn't fault that at all - really central to everything. TV in the large kitchen area didn't appear to have channels tuned in, but would of been nice. All in all, a pleasant stay and the dogs loved it!

Heating is remotely controlled, I felt like I was asking permission to switch the heating on - it's set on a minimum temperature. The living room area got much colder, quicker than the kitchen area where the boiler was. The first step going out into the garden area is a bit wobbly and needs re-setting. The plastering behind the radiators also needs attention.

Location was good for local amenities. Good local bus service.

The place was generally in need of decoration and the a good clean. The cutlery and cooking utensils had to be washed before use The saucepans contained old food and rust and were unusable. The bed needs replacing as it worn out with mismatched bedding that was all crumpled up and looked like someone had just got up and left it.most of the doors dont fit and locks are not great.the garden and side path are both full of rubbish old carpets and building materials a haven for vermin. Needless to say we did not sit out. Outside washing machine area dirty with linen presumably bedding just thrown on the concrete floor and left for days.Also washing on the line for three days, people have to sleep on that!.also not told about the charge for pets until booked and payed.The only good thing about the place is it's location. Everything I've mentioned can be backed by photos.

Spacious , comfortable bed, easy heating system and lovely shower.

People in room above, a night where so loud, no respect for anyone else, Phoned the owner who dealt with it and 5 minutes later it went a lot quieter.
