Exactly like the photos Larger than expected All on the ground floor Couple of minutes walk to all the shops and cafés and the buses and trams

Shower floor was very slippy

The style , location, comfortable and clean fresh bedding & comfy beds & dog friendly

No bathroom or bedroom rubbish bins , but can’t fault the accommodation the problem encountered was the family above with children constantly running and shouting all evening and again from 5 am , we were unable to relax or watch TV in peace , they had guests visiting them and , made a lot of noise and were moving furniture like a herd of elephants constantly up and down stairs

Struggled to park nearby initially. I wanted to be close due to unpacking and dogs on my car on a hot day.

The pictures don't do this place justice, it was loads bigger than we expected, as was the rear garden / patio. We were warned that the cleaner sometimes comes into the garden so to be aware of this with our dog, didn't see him or her though so all good. Very comfortable, full sized fridge freezer, comfy bed, easy parking outside. Lovely high ceiling spacious rooms and nice comfy place, glad we booked.

There's 2 lock boxes for keys outside the front door. Would've been so easy to tell us which one was the correct one but we had to figure it out, be good to simply say which one (we arrived around 1am in the end!). We have stayed in a few holiday let places now with out dog, and I think it should be mentioned the cost for bringing your dog, if there is an extra charge for this. This wasn't mentioned at the time of booking we got it afterwards. Also we asked for a late check out, even though they didn't have another booking they still charged us, whereas every other place we have stayed at have been super flexible and not charged us, so didn't like that it felt greedy and unnecessary. Shower only works on the normal setting the rain overhead thing didn't work. Water goes all over the bathroom floor when showering and no sealant around shower tray and flooring, so hope they don't get rotten floorboards / damp problems in future.

back yard with view of bedding on line all weekend, could also benefit from a spruce up. quite cold in the lounge and bedroom all weekend with inability to put any heating on as controlled externally - first night only had 2 hours (8-10pm)of heating, 2nd night we had to ask by text for another hour heating. particularly cold in the bedroom and there was a cat flap in an external door to the back yard. shower didnt get very hot and toilet not clean.
