Art deco surroundings. Home from home. Size of apartment is great.

Very tastefully decorated but certain bits not finished. Toilet not properly fixed to wall, skirting boards, tiling in kitchen

Lovely front room and kitchen,great location for shops,beach etc Just needs painting and tidying up in parts

Plaster dropping out in front rooms behind radiators,no teaspoons in kitchen or drinking glasses ,oven not clean.bedroom cold had to put pillows behind cat flap,bathroom was freezing dreading going in. Back needs tidying up also front garden. No instructions for cooker etc.

The apartment was immaculate and extremely clean. Very comfortable on the whole. Could have done with instructions as to heating etc and other facilities. However, on the whole very nice.

The fact that I had an appointment in Lytham and the property was in Lytham St Anne's, which is 3 miles away, was a hassle. I thought I was actually in Lytham. I think that could be a problem for other customers as to location. Location needs to be emphasised. Bear in mind that not everyone drives or has access to a car when they are staying somewhere away from home. It is not clear at all. Even a taxi driver told me people are very often confused about the two locations. I think the ' garden' at the back of the property needs improvement. If that is possible. One of the steps into the yard is loose. The owner needs to be aware of the health and safety issues this could cause. Get rid of the astro turf. There is a hole underneath the small area of astro turf on the bit nearest to the play area when you step on it. It looks awful. The yard is a large area that has the potential to look amazing. This would then match the interior of the apartment, which is lovely. Love the shell theme. My expectations were not met due to the location. See above and the tick box why I answered no.

the decor was lovely really modern and the location was excellent

it wasn’t clean there was someone else’s dog poo in the garden, also behind the sofa there was a patch of old dried up runny poo, I had to clean the frying pan before i could use it and gave up with the grill as that was also dirty, there was a lot of areas that could of been finished off better like gaps In walls ect also I didn’t understand a tv in the dining room and lounge when it was an open plan area, one in the bedroom would of been good but that is purely personal preference. A light in the garden that works would of also been good as it was difficult to take the puppy out through the night for a tinkle. And lastly the place was freezing when we arrived but we did find the heating and once warmed up the place stayed warm. I’m
