ロケーションが最高、PUB Streetなどの市内中心部に徒歩で数分のアクセス、また近すぎても深夜までの喧騒がうるさすぎるが、適度な距離もあり快適な滞在だった。 またスタッフが大変親切で、チェックイン時から十分すぎる説明を行ってくれ、こちらからの要望で可能なものは必ず答えてくれたし、何もなくても困っていることは無いか聞いてくれた。スタッフのレベルは超一流ホテルに劣らないものだった。

部屋は決して新しいと言うものではなかったが、清潔に保たれていて毎日の清掃やタオル交換も料金内に含まれていた。

The staff were extremely polite and friendly.

The room that I booked was on the 4th Floor, and there was no lift. The stairway was not aircon, and so i did not want to be walking up and down 4 flights of stairs all the time. They found a room for me on the second floor, but it was very small. Chair and desk were uncomfortable, and so I decided not to stay. But the hotel chose to keep the money I had paid for the room.

This is a great hotel not far from night life. The hotel has a beautiful lobby, and the rooms are decent but have issues. The room was big and comfortable. There are some minor things that could greatly improve the hotel. Shower pressure is good, but it takes a few minutes before the hot water kicks in.

No elevator, so be prepared to do your steps as you come and go. The room had no plug near the bed, so if you need a plug for a CPAP or just to charge your phone, you're out of luck. The only plug available is the one above the mini fridge. There are no electronic keys but manual keys that echo in the hallway when anyone is coming and going. The elevator is an expensive upgrade, but the plugs and key cards seem like easier updates to make to improve the hotel so much more.

Localisation, clean, personnal polite and pleasant.

The personnal checked the room before I left (first time I encounter this btw) and found a stain on the sheet (that I noticed before but didnt paid attention to it). He told me they should made me pay for it, that maybe I did it while eating an ice cream or whatever, like im eating in my bed like a pork. What the heck?
