立地最高で、夜は静かなのに観光スポットへ簡単にアクセスできます。お部屋も清潔で、スタッフさんも親切でフレンドリーです。到着すると、キンキンに冷えたご当地ドリンクとお茶受けを出してくれて嬉しかったです。

特にありませんが、夜間はかなり若いスタッフさんなのか、トラブルへの臨機応変な対応は難しいのかなという印象でした。(ATMにカードが吸い込まれるトラブルがあり少しだけお話しました)また、部屋の鍵を外出時にはフロントに預けるのですが、返却時に言われた通りに渡していたので危険だなと思いました。

Very nice style and decor, lovely dark wood staircase, perfect location, very comfortable bed and super friendly staff. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening. The breakfast was not available at the hotel but we were offered breakfast in the sister business few steps away for £7 per person

I love this place, in a calm area at night. The wooden style of the hotel is really great. The staff was so nice and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and very comfy.

A pochi minuti a piedi dai mercati e dai ristoranti, questa struttura nel cuore di Siem Reap ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative. Ogni dettaglio è curato con attenzione da uno staff eccellente, e la camera era impeccabilmente pulita. Dall’aperitivo di benvenuto all’asciugamano fresco e profumato per ogni rientro in hotel. L’hotel si trova vicino a una scuola, e lo staff si è premurato di scusarsi in anticipo per il possibile rumore durante le lezioni. In realtà non è stato affatto di disturbo; anzi, l’ho trovato un modo piacevolissimo per scoprire uno spaccato della quotidianità dei piccoli cambogiani. A completare un’esperienza già eccellente, il personale dell’hotel ha organizzato per me anche un tour dei templi con un autista straordinario, Mr Sambo. Quando tornerò a Siem Reap, alloggerò senz’altro qui al Golden Butterfly Villa

Best of all were the staff, the reception staff gave a 5* service. Friendly, helpful and professional. For the price we paid the hotel is very good value for money, well situated, attractive boutique hotel.

Some morning arrival time noise from the primary school next to the hotel, though this didn’t bother us, in fact we found it interesting and fun to watch the kids doing their morning drill.

Great location. Great staff. Big comfortable room. Only 5 minute walk to pub street and Sok San rd.

The staff was very friendly, honest and helpful. The room was spacious, equipped with a mini-fridge, and had a balcony if you want to smoke.

No safe in the room. The hotel doesn't have an elevator. For noise-sensitive guests, it's hard to sleep because of a nightclub nearby. It's noisy at night.
