Vinoy House

This property is on the best location in downtown St Petersburg. The host will do anything to make you feel at home. There is no breakfast, but there is plenty of places to eat in walking distance.

This was amazing place to stay. Great location. The place was very clean with comfortable beds.

Beautiful, historic home located close to lots of restaurants, the water & museum. Comfortable. Clean. Had everything I could have wanted including a beach chair!

The Vinoy house was beautifully decorated. My hubby and I felt right at home. Sylvia was a delight. They always were there to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic. We just absolutely had a lovely time. 😍

This beautiful gem is located near the Pier which makes it a perfect location. The owners are very polite and has kept this house in perfect condition. Breakfast was offered and it met our expectations. The ambience is beautiful!

Location

Room way too small for the price. No place to sit in the room. Had to call to get room cleaned. No one there to talk to. Old windows, so high street noise. No elevator, only steep steps to room. TV hard to use and limited programming. Bathroom minuscule. No-one there when we arrived after they asked for our time of arrival. No info about how to get in the building or what room was ours until we called after arriving. Llooked like it was closed. Outside area was full of dead plants and tree droppings.

The hotel was clean and cosy,the location was what we need. The stuff are so professional! I would love to use this hotel for my next trip to St. Petersburg!
