Beautifully decorated inside and out. Awesome porch for morning coffee. Relaxing zen vibe. Squirrels playing in the palm trees. Great location. Walking distance to most of the fun stuff in St. Pete.

I can’t say enough nice things about the Vinoy House!! Absolutely beautiful, peaceful, clean, well maintained! Dimitre and Silviya added so many beautiful little touches, I kept finding little surprises!! We had such a relaxing stay! I fell in love with the front porch, it was my favorite spot while there! Also, there is an electric bike pick up spot around the corner, as well as a free trolley spot. So many things just in walking distance! And you can catch a glimpse of the bay from the front porch. Just perfect. Thank you Dimitre and Silviya!! We’ll see you again!

The location was within walking distance to the event we came into town for.

No breakfast. The 2nd ‘B’ in Bed & Breakfast means you get breakfast. A cooked, sit-down breakfast. Instead we got $15 gift card for a local convenience store. What a scam. No one was there when we arrived. No parking even though I specifically confirmed parking space. Coffee was in paper cups and not in the room. No ice. No nothing. The property was dilapidated. The furnishings were old, ugly, cheap and gaudy. We return to the room after a long day and the room wasn’t made up. The one person who only showed up when we complained was rude and argumentative. Both my husband and I had bug bites on our torso and legs! $800/night!!!! The worse! This property should be removed from Booking.com.

First of all there was no breakfast.. The property has a sign to advertise Bed and Breakfast.... My bedroom and shower were in the same room... no door to separate. The bed was uncomfortable and there were no chairs to sit down, just the bed. There was no even a coffee machine in the room. You had to go to the end of the hall where there was a door made out of beads that you had to go through and that was ridiculous because coming out with your coffee you would get all tangled in them. The entire first floor was decorated with all this weird stuff and it was creepy. The exterior entrance had a half fence, the porch old stuffy furniture etc etc.... I have never in my life (and I travel all the time) spend almost $600 per night for such a beat up place.

Breakfast, smoking on the outside porch by owner that prevented us from using the porch. Disgusting smell
