Fantastic location, quiet but near the action. Clean and attractive decor. Pretty front porch to hang out on. Easy and free parking.

Property advertises itself as a bed and breakfast, but there is NO breakfast, just instant coffee. A sign in the dining area states that continental breakfast is served 8:30-10:30 am. and my booking reservation included breakfast.

Once we found it, the location was within walking distance of where we wanted to spend time. Room was clean and comfortable. Off street parking was provided, a very nice plus in that area.

We did not have breakfast breads that were to have been provided either morning of our two night stay, on our arrival at 4:00pm food from that day’s breakfast time was still sitting out in dining room.. No operator was at the property either day. In talking to the other couple that was staying there, they had the same experience with no food put out in the morning in the time frame advertised and they saw no owner/operator either. No directions were out for the complicated coffee maker in the breakfast area. No directions in room for television streaming services.

Location…can’t beat it.The bed was comfortable.

This is kind of crazy…I did not see any kind of worker during my stay. I was ringing the doorbell to be let in to no answer. Finally I noticed a small note on window that had a phone number. I called and they did answer and gave me a code to get into my unlocked room.(keys on table inside). It’s like they have completely given up on business.They say animals not allowed but you could bring your horse and no one would know. This bed and breakfast does not serve breakfast. I think the only way they get business is from people who reserve in error thinking they are staying at the Vinoy Hotel across the street.(it’s beautiful )That’s what happened with us and the one other couple we ran into. We made the best of it because of the location but you would not want to anything here but sleep.

Beautiful house on the perfect location, right in front of a gorgeous golf club, a short walk to the water, a park, restaurants, and bars. Our room was quite small, so was the bathroom, and the bathtub/shower was open to the room, beautifully designed (my favorite feature of the room)

The stay included breakfast but it was only provided two days out of our 4 night stay, I'm not sure why, as hosts where never in the property so there was no one to ask. The breakfast was also very limited (just some sandwiches and apples) and milk wasn't provided for coffee... Only cream which had a bit of an off smell. The hosts should really pay a bit more attention to that. Additionally, the blinds in the room didn't really block the light in the morning, so eye masks are a must if you like to sleep in the dark.

It’s very conveniently located, closed proximity to downtown.

The service and communication from host is horrible. Since the building is pretty old it is also very noisy as next to a bigger street. Breakfast is decent and not served before 9am and the bathroom tiny.

Decor was great. Room was well furnished, bed was very comfortable and towels and bedding were very nice.

Could have used more communication about check in and check out process.

breakfast was very good, it was continental but there was a lot. Overall it was genorous.

The price was on the expensive side but the location is worth it pretty much.

The location is second to none. It is within walking distance of everything you could need or want. Silviya and Dimitre (owners/hosts) accommodated my every need, and I had many. 🤣 The amenities were fantastic. The bedding is an absolute dream. Myself, my son and our little dog were so comfortable there and we all hugged Silviya when we left.
