The location of the premise is good, easy to get to Weligamas streets and Mirissa’s beaches. Clean room in the begging, but then-nobody cleans unless probably you ask for it, we were asked in our last day should they clean or not. Very green, quite and kitchen is working till late

Bad breakfasts, majority of staff do not speak English (except of the guy who met us Robert-he was really nice and supportive), plus once returning home we saw the staff member exiting our room-he was not cleaning, the trash bin was the same full-so what he was doing there remains unclear. For this episode, i give to the hotel 6 a bit better then average score.

"Great spot with fantastic service."

Ronald was a fantastic host... even shared his breakfast with us. (A good coconut sambol is to die for) WiFi was very strong even at the pool. Can't wait until the last finishing touches are done to push this to a 10.

"Quality time with friends."

Awesome environment with friendly staff. Ideal place for surfers to spend their leisure time. Well maintained Pool. reasonable price and tasty foods.
