"Friendly staff but freezing room and heating system being turned off"

No heating and freezing room. Heating was switched on eventually but was then switched off so a very disappointing freezing night stay.

Nice and comfortable bed.

No clean towels for two days. Asked for towels on last night. No hairdryer. Smoking smell outside.

"Used as a stopover for a Golf trip, made to feel very welcome and proved to be an ideal location."

"Basic room with 1 shower for 10+ rooms"

Good location for what I needed and the pub itself was friendly. Helpful and welcoming staff.

The room is very basic and dated. Although I knew it was a shared bathroom, I wasn’t expecting 1 shower for all rooms to share. There were separate toilets but there was nowhere to wash your hands after.
