Boa localização.

Some minor issues with the faucet, very dirty carpet, old TV, only accessing YouTube or Netflix, for example, if you have an account or open an Amazon account. Painful check-in and check-out process: you walk 7 to 10 minutes to get the key from a store in the same neighborhood. I rented a property and was given a different, dirty one. Terrible experience. Very dirty building with no management; the property smells like dirty laundry mixed with curry seasoning. Three days later, the host sent someone over who fixed some of the problems. Alguns pequenos problemas de torneira. quebrada, tapete muito sujo, tv antiga, somente acessa YouTube ou Netflix por exemplo se você tiver uma conta na Amazon pra acessar. Processo de checkin e checkout doloroso: você anda de 7 a 10 minutos para buscar a chave numa loja no mesmo bairro. Aluguei um imóvel e me entregaram outro diferente e sujo. Péssima experiência. Prédio muito sujo e sem administração, o imóvel tem cheiro de roupa suja com tempero curry. 3 dias depois o anfitrião mandou alguém lá que sanou alguns dos problemas.

"If the lift is working,the apartment is good"

The apartment is good

The lift wasn't working and I was allocated fifth floor which made my stay in the apartment horrible

I reached there there wasn’t any response from booking I reached there on 7:30 until 10:30 trying to provide the papers needed. Also after trying to provide the documents wasn’t uploading. Therefore we travel all over the world we provide all documents when we reach the place not online put all documents. Kindly if they can refund the money back.

Nice furniture

The check-in process wasn't smooth, as you have to collect the key from a store that's a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Only one key is provided, which isn’t practical for more than one person. The kitchen was very dirty, with unwashed essentials; the cooking pots still had leftover food and weren't cleaned properly. The kitchen cabinets also had a bad smell. Additionally, the location was misleading. The map pinned it at Warwick & North Street, but the actual location was in Winckly Square.
