The place was nice to stay and closer to city center

I had challenge with hot water in the bathroom. Maybe it was coincidence which i complained to the focal, but nothing was done till I left the place.

Good clean apartment.

**Terrible Experience - Unclear Instructions and Poor Communication** I had a very frustrating experience with this property and its host. Despite the check-in time being stated as 4pm, the key collection instructions clearly mentioned that keys were available from 7am to 10pm. I arrived in Preston at 12:45pm and decided to collect the key early, thinking it wouldn’t be an issue. Around 1:45pm, I received a call informing me that the apartment wasn’t cleaned yet, supposedly because I had taken the key. I immediately agreed to return the key within 20 minutes of that call. When I returned at 4:45pm to collect the key again, I was told that the room still wasn’t ready and was delayed further because I had taken the key for more than 20 minutes earlier – despite returning it promptly. I was told to check back in another 45 minutes to see if the room was finally prepared. This entire situation was ridiculous and could have been avoided if the host had provided clear instructions upfront. The blame was shifted onto me for something that should have been communicated more clearly, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. This lack of proper coordination and the inconvenience it caused was highly unprofessional. I do not recommend this property unless you’re ready to deal with a host who doesn’t take guest concerns seriously.

The day we arrived it was not clean and had insects and dirty all over on floor, sofa etc. It was not what we expected for price we paid

My boyfriend and I loved this space, everything was so beautiful and organized. We will definitely be back.
