I am writing to bring to your attention several issues I encountered during my stay. The problems I have faced are unacceptable . 1. **Unclean Bedroom**: the bedroom was dirty upon my arrival. This level of cleanliness is below the standard I expected and significantly impacted my stay. And blood stain on blanket 2. **Lack of Trash Bin in Toilet**: There was no trash bin available in the toilet, causing inconvenience and discomfort. 3. **No Toilet Paper Holder**: Additionally, there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom, which further added to the inconvenience. 4. **Lamp Non-Functional in Living Room**: The lamp in the living room was not functioning, affecting the lighting and overall comfort in the living space. 5. **No Toiletries Holder in Shower Area**: There was no holder for shampoo and body wash in the shower area, which was very inconvenient. These issues have greatly affected my experience and are not in line with the standards that Booking.com typically ensures for its customers. the host will not offer cleaning or any require intervention, just apology even when i request for extra towel was not applicable for that reason my stay changed from 10 nights to 1 night even i couldn't use any facility in the apartment To collect the key its very long story and far in the different location- if you carry luggages reconsider of choosing this apartment

It had everything needed, very beautiful and comfortable apartment

The dishwasher didn't work, There was a horrible, unbearable and nauseating smell on the ground floor near the elevator

The location is very nice ... the apartment is clean, corridors are clean. Fully equipped and communication with the hosting company was somehow easy and flexible.

Collecting the keys ... ufff, very hectic especially if you are coming from long distance like from Manchester airport and you have some luggage. Is not convenient at all. I also have the following observations: 1. In the ground floor, the smell was very bad. 2. The elevator wasn't clean and needs cleaning. 3. The garbage room was a mess. All bags are outside the bins.
