Tight squeeze for 2 cars but we did manage to park them

Booked very last minute and host answered all questions quickly, easy to find, comfortable, good location. Would definitely return!

Great location

Rubbish mattresses and bedding, poor sleep for everyone, very noisy if someone is in the downstairs bathroom and you are in the next door bedroom, upstairs shower wasn’t working so 6 people using the downstairs one was a pain! Could do with the heating being on low before guests arrive, got there at 7pm and it was freezing!

Really clean, good storage for clothing, good living room/kitchen/ garden. Was really impressed with my stay.

Shower upstairs was broken but we were advised of this the morning of - it had been removed due to it being broken. There was another shower downstairs so this was completely okay and did not affect the visit at all

Location was perfect as we visited alton towers

The property was in a good location travelling to and from Derby and into Ashbourne buses were regular , Situated in a quiet culdasac private parking well equipped

Wi-Fi wasn’t the best and maybe could do with a touch of updating bath panel upstairs bathroom was hanging off needs a bit of work in there let’s the property down

4 double bedrooms and 2 shower/toilets was excellent. Plenty of space and good facilities in kitchen.

Upstairs shower very little pressure(a dribble as described by 2 of my friends) Didn't get password for key lock until late afternoon of start date.

Lovely and spacious! Comfortably has 2 adults and 4 teenagers stay.
