"Very good"

Great location for a trip to alton towers the next day. Every room had a double bed which was great for us. Nice and clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. Enough parking for 2 cars on the front, bit of a squeeze but manageable.

We found the beds were a little bit hard so didn't get the best sleep, shower pressure was pretty bad upstairs.

Beautiful house. We loved it very much.

The beds were a little squcky, and when you walk upstairs, it makes a lot of noises unfortunately. It's not soundproof.

The conservatory was lovely and the kitchen was well equipped.

We stayed on an extremely hot day and we had trouble cooling the house down...noone's fault.

The bedrooms are really roomy pics dont do them justice

I did have to chase the keysafe code from EC as didnt have it 15 mins prior to check in but not a major got a response straight away
