Friendly staff, room nice and clean, excellent location as we were travelling to crufts at the nec the following day. Would definitely stay here again.

the room was very clean and modern

the room was exceptional cold, the rads in the room were not even warm, I did let them know but it was no better when I returned, had to warm the room up with the hair dryer and keep doing it, I went to bed as it was to cold to shower as the bathroom was freezing cold, the dinning facilities were not open and the Wi-Fi pass word in the book was unreadable , the next morning I did not know what to do with the key, so had to leave it on the side, no one around at all.

Better rooms than we were expecting. Clean and comfortable.

A little pricey seeing no breakfast was included.

We liked the size of the room and the bed was gorgeous and comfortable and nice towels and furntiure.

There were cobwebs under the bed, on the lamp and in the bathroom and that's not great at all. Plus the hallway was really warm but the rooms were cold especially bathroom in the morning. Also no fridge in room and no bottled water and the kettle had green limescale at the bottom of it too.

Bar closed before 10 on a Saturday night, expected it to be at least 11 after a lot of driving

Lovely room and staff very helpful.

staff were unable to supply a vat receipt for bar purchases, phoned and emailed several occasions for a vat invoice for my accommodation, still not had one, no lighting outside when leaving in dark,almost lost footing as I could not see a step, food truck was not open during my stay (Tuesday), also the WiFi code in the information pack was incorrect so was unable to use WiFi in room,will stay in other nearby pubs next time, it was a nice looking pub but very poor communication and service
