"Excellent quality and service."

10.0

The quality of accommodation was excellent and although there was no food on the premises (which is clearly stated) the food van (Baodaz) provided a fantastic meal, even although we had arrived late and he was closing up. Top marks to both.

Nothing. If I was being really picky the instructions on where to leave the key the following morning were not entirely clear.

"It served our purpose for an overnight stay but we didn’t use Toast for breakfast"

3.0

The room was clean and comfortable

we booked and paid expecting a hotel with restaurant but received this email:- “Thank you for your booking on Saturday 28 September 2024 for 1 nights. Check in time is 3pm on day of arrival. Please note Breakfast is not included but there is a breakfast venue onsite called toast. It is open from 9am in the week and 8:30am on the weekend. It is recommend to book as it does get busy. You can do this online at https://www.uktoast.co.uk/bookings. Please note we do NOT have a restaurant in the evenings. However we try to have varying street food vans available each evening, while we also keep the bar open. Many thanks The Flyford” We sent an email but received no response We collected our up room key from Toast as there is no reception. There was no street food but the restaurant they recommended a drive away was excellent. On return everything was closed and we enter The Flyford, which is effectively a Lodge, from the car park in the dark. We used a torch till the lights detected us. I would not recommend it for single people. There is no internet or room phone.

"Rooms are nicely appointed. Breakfast run by Toast was superb. Shame no evening meals. Lovely staff."

7.0

Easy to find. Not far from Evesham and Worcester. Fantastic breakfast.

The hotel rooms are owned by a separate property business leaving the Toast staff (a breakfasts and brunches business) to issue room keys. However, there was no evening food which was not indicated. For evening meals it is necessary to travel to another pub. This is not made clear in the description. It is Impossible to get hold of The Flyford by email, phone or Facebook so no way of knowing the food situation until you’re there in person. Neither does the description indicate that The Flyford no longer exists as a gastro pub with rooms. This needs to be updated on Booking.com. Breakfast facilities are supplied by Toast, very good. Sadly there was a mix up with the room keys which meant one room was issued to two separate bookings. Toast manager was most apologetic and did her most to sort this issue out. Rooms overlooking the main road can be noisy from about 7am onwards. Rooms at the back of the property are quieter.

"Clean, friendly- wish all staff to have hR contract"

8.0

Clean bedrooms and design good for three space and size of rooms. Very comfortable bed. Clean linen.

It is a very busy pub with rooms. The hotel didn’t advise us on check in that if we don’t prebook a space for breakfast it was unlikely to get in. As it is a busy ‘country type’ pub the staff focus on the local regular trade instead of visitors. Unfortunately I waited for about 20minutes for a drink (coffee) on morning then was advised it would be busy and recharge!
