The Flyford

Room was nice and clean, although on the small side and the staff were nice.

The bed was comfy to sleep in, but the solid wooden bed stead was a bit big for the size of the room and I hit my leg twice on this going to the bathroom, other than that a lovely stay.

Absolutely fantastic. Room was amazing! Spotless and bed was so comfortable. Shower amazing! Toast for breakfast was a huge surprise and fantastic. Food was all local and cooked to perfection. Can’t recommend it enough.

Very small room - rather over-priced. .Two couples allocated (and given keys to) the same room! The other couple was surprised to find us in what they thought was their bed! Accommodation and food run by two separate companies. Music till midnight. Maybe too exotic menu. Some unusual combinations on the breakfast menu!

I had to cancel my booking immediately after receiving the confirmation, as there is no restaurant food and breakfast is in a cafe and only serves from 9 am.

The property did not reply to my request for a refund, and also ignored a refund from booking.com. I felt they should have been upfront about the food options. The phone number to complain didn’t work either.

There was good food available from the surrounding options even though the premises did not serve food itself. Live singer and food provided in the beer garden whihc was very nice

Rooms are of a good clean standard however I doubt anyone of height has used any of the showers properly.

Hit and miss evening food from a car park based van and a team that delight in calling time on drinks as early as possible- 8pm

The location was very rural with lovely surrounding countryside. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and there was a fantastic atmosphere. My room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were lovely using fresh locally sourced ingredients. I would definitely stay here again..

I wish I could have stayed longer.
