The staff did try and placate us by moving staff out of their room(s) in order to accommodate us, but the rooms were still substandard to be honest. Dirty mugs left in the fridge and no complimentary milk for tea/coffee etc. Showers were not well maintained for example

I had booked a Family Room for my adult son and myself. When I arrived I was told the Family Room was not available as it had been trashed by previous occupants. No attempt had been made to communicate this to us before arrival. The Motel appears to be a halfway house for rehabilitating wayward WINZ beneficiaries

Dog shits outside my front door.. two days in a row.. bed cleaned but carpet was not vacuumed..apart from that it was an OK place to stay..

Unclean , winz motel , children upstairs were noisy would never recommend to anyone

One pillow No soap or shampoos No cutlery No chairs Fridge with no shelving

So grateful for this very late minute booking and check in. The staff member who greeted us was friendly and capable.

Shower could use better cleaning

We couldn't check in until 2pm so we went back at 2:30 pm still couldn't check in until 3:30 after some one came he had to clean the room before we checked in flies in the room rubbish out the back on the ground

Nothing about the place was likable.

I was so let down on the standard of cleaning around the whole complex ,lawns,rubbish very run down looking place.Inside the room i was given was below standard for cleanliness and maintenance upkeep. No staff at reception,so I had to go on a treasure hunt to find the key that was hidden away while on the phone to them. Broken toilet seat, clogged shower drain, no cutlery in kitchen, Dirty walls and carpet,table with paint marks all over it. Smell throughout the room. The worst part was hearing the people upstairs walk around.The sound was very unpleasant and beyond your normal footstep sound,this was possibly a flooring issuethat needs to be checked.It wasnt worth it and i wouldn't go back there.
