The guy in the kiosk for entry was helpful.

My booking had gone through on Booking.com. However I was not allowed into the property, despite having paid. I was sent an email hours after I booked and hours after I wanted to check in which asked that I update some details to confirm my booking. This was about half past midnight. I was not allowed in and had to find another place to stay. Disgusted.

This centrally located apartment has all the amenities needed for an extended stay without the expense of a hotel.

The wifi was not working initially and the iron was missing. Both items were quickly rectified with a message sent through Booking.

Muy bien ubicado, un apartamento equipado, amplio y muy bonito. Tenia parqueadero, aire acondicionado y en general lo necesario para una buena estadia

Inicialmente el wifi no aparecia, sin embargo por medio de soporte se le dio solucion. La cama de la habitacion auxiliar le faltaba una pata de las 6 que tiene, hacia que la dormida fuera incomoda, se reporto, se dio autorizacion para que ingresaran al apto y nunca lo hiceron, toco solucionar con cajas de carton para poder descansar y que la cama no se fuera a partir a la mitad De los 3 televisores que hay en el apt solo uno es realmente guncional ( el de la sala ). El de la habitacion principal es smart tv pero no permite conectar a wifi y el de la auxiliar es completamente obsoleto, no tiene smart tv ni nada, son dos televisores de adorno porque nisiquiera tv por cable tienen. El agua caliente en el baño social funciona de una manera regular. Cabe resaltar que estos dos ultimos puntos no se manifestaron a soporte, se hace por este medio solo para conocimiento sin afectar la calificacion.

The actual place was fine.

Wifi didnt connect for our whole two days. They only had one key which was a big problem. To get up or down the elevator or to get in and out, the key had to be swiped. This lost us a day of our plans as we couldn't split up as we intended to do. And without wifi, we used up our data. Even our own data wouldn't connect and we couldn't make our plans until we went to the mall and sat there for hours. We messaged the property several times and asked for a reduction/ partial refund and have not received a response to that.
