"good place, inadequate management"

the place was very close to the venue i had to go to. also good access to supermarkets and shops. the place is very secure

the security mistakenly gave the keys to my room to someone else. so i did not have a room on the night i arrived, and ended up sharing the apartment with my colleague. The property did not bother to respond to requests for refund for the night they bungled- even to messages from Booking.com
